The Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is a four-and-a-half-year undergraduate program, including a six-month mandatory internship, designed to develop skilled physiotherapy professionals who can promote mobility, physical fitness, and rehabilitation. The program combines theoretical knowledge and practical training to equip students with the expertise required to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of physical conditions and injuries.
Graduates can work as Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Specialists, Sports Therapists, and Consultants in hospitals, sports clinics, rehabilitation centers, fitness facilities, and academic institutions. Opportunities also exist for private practice and research.
